Focusing on local produce, Ko-Ko-Mo’s kitchen (overseen by our renowned ex-Sydney chef) endeavours to produce a menu that is heavily influenced by local seafood caught daily in the pristine and plentiful waters off Lombok

In addition to the fresh seafood, our premium-quality meat is imported from Australia and our entire patisserie choices – bread, croissants and desserts – are made in-house in our custom built bakery

Our wine list features a selection of Italian and French wines, quality New World wines (Australia, Chile, South Africa, USA) as well as some very drinkable locally produced wines – hence we can provide a great choice for food pairing, focusing on wines that complement our menu

We also offer a selection of French champagnes and Prosecco to accompany your meal – or to simply enjoy as an aperitif.

We went here for dinner for our honeymoon. These guys went all out giving us the most amazing experience from start to finish. The food was amazing and in such a beautiful setting. They worked so hard to give us the perfect evening with lots of special touches to acknowledge it was a special occasion If you are celebrating something specials whilst on Gili T, come here!
