Sample some of Asia’s finest foods and wines, in the eclectic ambience of ko – ko – mo restaurant or under the stars on the beachfront, with the sound of the sea at your side.

Under the guidance of well-known Sydney chef and restauranteur, Matthew Blundell, our talented local kitchen team have created delicious dishes using the freshest seafood and local produce, together with prime meats imported from Australia.

Enjoy a delectable feast of Freshly-shucked Oysters, Beef Carpaccio, Australian “Harvey Beef” Tenderloin, Peking Duck, Medallions of Bamboo Lobster, and more. For dessert, choose from tempting home-made creations from our kitchen, including Strawberry Dacquoise or our decadent Fallen Chocolate Cake.

Specially selected imported fine wines and liqueurs to complement your meal are available from our temperature controlled humidor. After dinner, relax under the stars with a freshly brewed coffee and digestif whilst relaxing to the mellow sounds of the piano on the beach.
